Just as all vines go into a slumber after harvest and through the winter season, you most likely have noticed our site has been dormant for the past few years. Adjusting to a move, new jobs and the arrival of our son shifted our focus for a while but we’re getting ready to share new stories and experiences with you. In addition to diving into Virginia wine and sampling the Finger Lakes region, we’ll also spend more time exploring the world of whiskey. We wish you a happy 2020 and hope you’ll join us this Spring for the reemergence of The Vine and Thistle!
